Dr. Smith is our physician partner. He is Board Certified in Adult and Pediatric Allergy and Immunology, and Board Eligible in Internal Medicine. He has been in clinical practice since 2015 and is an Indianapolis native. He attended medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton FL, where he was twice awarded the Academic Excellence Scholarship.

 

He returned to Indianapolis for his Internal Medicine residency at St. Vincent’s, where he sat on the House Staff Council, before matching to Henry Ford Health System in Michigan for his Allergy/Immunology Fellowship. In addition to his clinical interests in the world of Allergy and Immunology, he has long had a passion for physical fitness and personal well-being. 

 

He enjoys many outdoor activities, weightlifting, and is in the process of running a half marathon in all 50 states.  Working to improve his health and helping others to do the same has become an increasingly rewarding aspect of his practice. He has served as both a Principal and Sub-investigator in a variety of clinical trials and enjoys working with local residency programs.  He has presented at several local and national medical conferences.

 

Dr. Smith enjoys spending his free time with his wife and three children. His hobbies include fishing, reading and traveling.
